I think it was a very interesting course, but the focus was more on handling transcriptome data and proteome data independently.
If you’re interested in learning the basics of transcriptome data analysis and how to visualize proteome and transcriptome data, this course would help you.
If you’re already a pro in trancriptomics, I think you could better look for a more advanced course.
